Iván Coarasa, member of CAPA and part of the ANAIS research team, has presented today the preliminary results on annual modulation corresponding to 6 years of data of ANAIS-112 at the IDM 2024 conference in L’Aquila (Italy).
ANAIS-112 sees no modulation. Sensitivity to DAMA/LIBRA above 4 sigma level has been achieved and the best fit provides incompatibility at 3.9 and 2.9 sigma in [1-6] and [2-6] keV energy regions.
